Robert Carbuccia, currently sells real estate in the Queens and Nassau Counties of NY for Realty Executives – West and has been selling real estate for over six years. He is well known amongst his peers as the “Short Sale King”. Since June of 2009 Robert has negotiated his 1,000th short sale and still continues to help people save their credit through this process. 5 years ago he saw where the real estate market was heading and decided to start a company called Goodbye Foreclosure NY (GFNY). His company focuses on assisting homeowners through education and counseling on what their best options are. As a bilingual speaking Dominican, many of his spanish speaking clients are comforted when they realize that their home can be saved through a loan modification and they can now stay in their homes with affordable mortgage payments. Prior to his career in real estate, Robert had been exposed to multiple opportunities to use his skills and talents to make him the entrepreneur he is today. He has 12 years of Graphic Design experience that include companies & clients like J-Crew, Direct Partners, Alight.com, DC Comics, Star Jones, News 12 Westchester, BEI Graphics, GE Capital, Inccisive Media (formerly know as Strategic Research Institute), Pitney Bowes, Essence Magazine, Home Office Computing, and many more! When he began with the company it was known as Kinko’s then and he worked with them through the time of merger. Robert began with the company as a key operator on the production floor and worked his up to become a hub-manager for Fedex Kinko’s. He would oversee the operation of his store in Bryant Park and 2 others as well. In his time with Kinko’s he was a key factor in opening the Staten Island location and establishing a strong foundation for success in that store. Much of his success he attributes to God and his church. His church, Church of Christ, gave Robert a tremendous opportunity to lead in many capacities. From working as an intern and leading the teen, campus, and singles ministries to even going on a mission team to the Dominican Republic to plant a branch of his church there. Currently the church in Santo Domingo, RD is at a capacity of 600 plus members from when it started with a mere 21 people in 1994! So when you get to know and work with Robert, you get a person that has lived life to the fullest and wants the same for others as well.
